Visa and MasterCard accepted. Bidders paying by credit card will pay an additional 3% convenience fee, for a total premium of 16%. Pre-authorized or cashier's checks accepted. 2. A buyer's premium of 13% will be added to the final bid price for each lot to determine the total purchase price. 3. All property is being sold as is. Inspection opportunities are available to those who wish to preview at 3740 Maysville Road, Carlisle, KY. 4. The Auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any lot prior to being offered in the auction and shall have no liability whatsoever for withdrawal of the property. 5. The high bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the purchaser of that lot. The auctioneer is the sole determinant as to who is the successful bidder. Once an item is declared as "sold", the successful bidder assumes full risk and responsibility for the purchased lot. 6. Your bid is a contract. Do not place a bid that you are unwilling, or unable to honor. If you are declared as the winning bidder, you have entered into a legally binding contract to purchase the property offered. Sales Tax: Residents of Kentucky will be charged state sales tax of 6% that will be applied to all sales, including Buyer's Premium, unless a tax exemption certificate has been completed and signed prior to the close of auction. Out of state sales tax numbers will be accepted. Kentucky state sales tax will not apply to items shipped out of state. Auctioneer has final say on resolving any bidding disputes, and any decision to re-open bidding is at his sole discretion. Bidders who take advantage of off-site bidding acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the bidder's sole responsibility to determine whether or not to bid on any item. Some items in the auction are being offered at a Public Auction with Reserve. The Seller or Seller's Agent reserves the right to bid on behalf of the Seller in order to help them obtain the minimum amount they are willing to accept for an item. For specific reserve amounts on any individual item, please contact the auctioneer. Internet, pre-auction, and live bidding are provided as a service to Bidder by the Auctioneer. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim if the Internet service fails to function correctly before or during the live auction. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should place their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. Auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw items in this auction at any time. All guarantees shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Kentucky as applied to transactions taking place wholly within Kentucky between Kentucky residents. Shipping Instructions: Our goal is to provide our customers with reasonable shipping fees. Our standard method of shipping is via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. We will combine as many multiple lots of smaller items as is safely possible in each box in order to minimize shipping fees. On all pottery, large or oversized items, actual shipping and packing fees will be charged based on weight or size. Winning bidders are always welcome to receive their merchandise in person from our Lexington, KY Overstreet office, or may pick up their purchases at the Auction Center. If for any reason it is determined with certainty that a mistake has been made in the evaluation or identification process that contradicts the authenticity or condition concerning modifications or alterations as listed the day of the Auction, simply contact us within 30 days of the closing of the Auction for a full refund.
