May 18, 2014 Modern Art & Design Auction

The May 18, 2014 Modern Art & Design Auction will feature property from Anita May Rosenstein, including over 30 custom William "Billy" Haines furnishings from an important Beverly Hills commission. Additional highlights include a gouache on paper by Alexander Calder, two screenprints by Andy Warhol from Ads Portfolio, an early, large-scale Llyn Foulkes painting with exhibition history, a work on paper by Tom Wesselmann, a Harry Bertoia sounding sculpture, Picasso ceramics, an important work on paper by Charles White, a selection of Scandinavian designs, as well as works by Claes Oldenburg, Sam Maloof, George Nakashima, and Ed Ruscha.
