Terms and Conditions of Sale: We will not approve internet bidders the day of the auction. All bidders are responsible for reading and understanding the following terms of sale, as well as any supplemental notices or announcements. By participating in our sale you acknowledge that you are bound by these terms and conditions. Place a bid only if you're serious about buying the item. If you are the successful and winning bidder, you have entered into a legally binding contract. A buyer's premium of 23% will be added to the hammer price, Merchandise will not ship until checks or credit card has cleared. PLEASE NOTE: NO INTERNATIONAL CREDIT CARDS. BIDDERS MUST BE APPROVED.Invoices are sent the next day following the auction or within 24 hours. PAYMENT IS DUE IMMEDIATELY AFTER INVOICE SENT. Checks are due within 5-7 Days following the auction. If a tie bid falls on the internet, phone, absentee or in house bid, the auctioneer's log will determine the winning bidder.
