PAYMENT Payment must be paid in full before property is released. Funds will be due upon closing of the Auction or presentment of invoice. Payment accepted includes: Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Disc, Amex, PayPal and Check. Checks may be held for up to 5 days for the funds to clear before releasing the property. In cases of non-payment, the Auctioneer's right to void the sale does not relieve the bidder from their obligation to pay both seller's and buyer's premium and any damages incurred from loss of sale. BUYER' S PREMIUM An 21% Buyer's premium will be in affect and is additional to the hammer or purchase price. All Florida based bidders will be subject to a 7% Florida State sales tax; dealers are exempt from this if they have a valid Florida State Resale Certificate on file with E. M. Wallace Auctions prior to bidding. After payment to E. M. Wallace Auctions, purchased lots will be delivered to this location and the shipper will contact the buyer in regards to options and rates. Zip N Ship can accommodate USPS, FedEx and UPS. Should lots be purchased and needed for the 2014 Holiday season the purchaser will need to communicate that need with Zip N Ship as expedited service charges may apply. For faster processing, buyer can contact a shipping company of their choosing. Sold property must be removed from premises within 14 days otherwise a $5 per day storage fee will be assessed per lot, per day. The buyer will not hold E. M. W. Auctions liable for any damage or loss after merchandise has been released from our possession. We will not be liable for any tariffs, VAT, GST or other taxes or charges levied by the receiving countries for property shipped internationally. Nor will E. M. W. Auctions be liable for providing insurance; that is the responsibility of the buyer. We will not ship ivory internationally. CONDITIONS & DESCRIPTIONS The vast majority of property offered at E. M. The absence of condition remarks in the description does not mean the item is in perfect condition; nor is it meant to deceive. RESERVES Lots may be subject to a reserve (the confidential minimum price below which the property will not be sold) and we may implement such a reserve by bidding behalf of the consignor. If the consignor is indebted to or has a monetary guarantee from us, and in certain other circumstances, we may have interest in the offered lots and the proceeds there-from other than our commissions, and may bid through a representative or agent to protect such interest. We are entitled to our standard commission rate where a lot is "bought-in" to protect our interest. The owner, consignor or agent thereof has reserved the right to bid.
