1. All sales are made by Lucanna as agents on behalf of the Seller. 2. All Lots are sold on an "as is" and "where is" basis. 3. All payments for sold Lots must be made within five calender days from the date of sale, notwithstanding that the Buyer wishes to export the Lot and is applying for an export/import licence. 4. This Online auction is in US Dollars. Payment can be made via Paypal or Wire Transfer upon receiving our payment invoice. Shipping & Handling costs are charged separately. 5. Lucanna shall not be held responsible for any mistakes in foreign exchange conversion before or during the Auction or in any other sales channel at any time. 6. All payments by the Buyer to Lucanna shall be in US Dollars, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Bank charges related to Wire Transfer to our Singapore bank account shall be borne in full by the Buyer.

The description of the condition of watches, clocks, and jewellery in the catalogue (print or online) including references to defects and repairs, is provided as a service to prospective buyers, but such description is not necessarily complete. While Lucanna may furnish a condition report on any Lot to a prospective Buyers upon request, any such report may also be incomplete and may not specify all mechanical replacements or defects. Accordingly, all watches, clocks and jewellery should be viewed personally by prospective Buyers to evaluate the condition of the property offered for sale. All Lots are sold as is, and the absence of any reference to the condition of a clock, watch or jewellery does not imply that the Lot is in good condition and without defects, repairs or restorations. Virtually all clocks, watches, andor jewellery have been repaired, restored, serviced, in the course of their normal useful lifetime and may now incorporate parts not original to them. Furthermore, Lucanna makes no representation or warranty that any clock or watch is in working order. As collectors' watches often contain extremely fine and complex mechanisms, Buyers should be aware that a general service, changes of battery or further repair and servicing work, for which the Buyers is solely responsible, may be necessary. Please note that all clocks, watches, and jewellery are sold as viewed and that Lucanna cannot guarantee the authenticity of any individual component part of these items. The bracelets or straps associated with each watch may not be part of the original piece and may not be authentic. prospective Buyers should satisfy themselves by personal inspection as to the condition of each Lot. However, Lucanna has made, on a best efforts basis, to have each Lot where possible, to be appraised andor authenticated by our panel of consultants and experts before the sale. 2. Removal of watch batteries - A watch with batteries which may be designated as dangerous goods under international laws and regulations governing the transport of goods by air freight, If buyers request shipment of such lot to regions outside the region in which the saleroom is located the batteries will be removed and retained prior to shipment. If such lots are collected from the saleroom or Lucanna's authorized storage facility, the batteries will be made available for collection free of charge. 3. Export of watch straps incorporating endangered species - Some of the watches for sale may be accompanied or affixed with straps made of endangered or protected animals materials such as alligator or crocodile leather. Lucanna will remove and retain the strap prior to shipment from the site of storage. Lucanna may at its discretion make the pictured or displayed endangered species strap available to the Buyer of that Lot free of charge if collected in person from Lucanna's storage facility or office within 1 month from the date of the sale. 4. Burmese stones - Items which contain rubies or jadeite originating in Burma (Myanmar) may no be imported into the USA. Please be advised that a Buyer's inability to import any such items into the USA or any other country shall not constitute grounds for non-payment or cancellation of the sale. With respect to items that contain any other types of gemstones originating in Burma (e.g. sapphire), such items may be imported into the USA provided that the gemstones have been mounted or incorporated into jewellery outside of Burma and provided that the setting is not of a temporary nature (e.g a string).
