TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONDITION INFORMATION: Capitol City Auction House has made a reasonable effort to describe items correctly. All property is sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" and neither Capitol City Auction House nor the consignor makes any warranties or representations of any kind or nature with respect to property or its value and in NO event shall be responsible for the correctness of description, genuineness, authenticity, completeness, condition of property or estimate of value. All measurements are approximate. Antiques have wear that reflect their age and use. Buyers who would like to know the fine points regarding any of the items for sale should call and verify the condition. THERE ARE NO RETURNS. Lots Are Subject To A Reserve Price: Some lots in the auction are subject to a reserve, which is the confidential minimum price below which the lot will not be sold (reserve). In no event will the reserve price exceed the low estimate. The estimates provided by Captiol City Auction House concerning a given lot, are carefully considered opinions of the cataloger and staff. Any estimates given are merely suggestive guidelines for interested buyers. PAYMENT INFORMATION: Full Payment must be made no later than 4:00 PM (PST) on the 2nd business day following the end of the auction. The payment deadline is firm. All items not paid for by the payment deadline will be considered abandoned and future bidding will be at the discretion of Captiol City Auction House. The winning bidder will be charged a 15% re-listing fee. The highest bidder on a lot will be the buyer of the lot. The purchase price will be the total of the price at which the item is sold plus a BUYERS PREMIUM of 15%. ALL SALES ARE FINAL: Capitol City Auction House reserves the right to withdraw any lot before or at the sale. THERE ARE NO RETURNS. BUYERS PREMIUM: The purchase price payable by a buyer shall be the sum of the final bid plus a premium of 15%. ONLINE BIDDING: Capitol City Auction House will not be liable for malfunctions, errors or omissions whether it be hardware, electronic, software, human or act of nature. RISK OF LOSS: If in the event of loss due to theft, fire, or other reason, Capitol City Auction House shall only be liable for the return deposits or payments made by the purchaser. There are NO warranties and all merchandise is SOLD AS IS. DELIVERY OF LOTS SOLD: The handling, packing and shipping of purchased lots by the Capitol City Auction House is a courtesy to the winning bidders. There is no charge to you for labor or packing materials.
