Asian, Folk, Etching Estate Auction
The sale includes several partial contents from Dutchess and Westchester Counties Featuring a large collection of fresh to the market etchings, folk art, country, Asian and some Mid Century thrown in as well.
Session 1 begins at 5:00 PM and is Liveauctioneers enabled, At 6:00 pm session 2 opens and is limited to in house, absentee and phone bids only.
Included are a selection of Asian bronzes, Continental bronzes, inc. candelabra, folk art objects, a rare Hurdy Gurdy, used by democratic party 1928, when Al Smith was their candidate for president of the United States, Steinway grand piano, selection of sterling silver, pair chrome candle holders design by Reimann for Chase, Litho by Kandinsky.
Also included are 13 lots that were featured in our June 1st auction and purchased by Live Auctioneers bidder "Marie Petti", a Florida buyer associated with the South Beach Auction House, this buyer defaulted on all purchases these items include several early tapestries, a P40 upholstered lounge chair by Osvaldo Borsani for Techno, Picasso book, "Linolschnitte", in original sleeve, a lot of early Persian bronze spear tips & at least 5 Asian bronzes.
