PAYMENT Payment must be paid in full before property is released to shipper. Payment accepted includes: Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Disc, Amex, PayPal and Check. Checks may be held for up to 5 days for the funds to clear before releasing the property. In cases of non-payment, the Auctioneer's right to void the sale does not relieve the bidder from their obligation to pay both seller's and buyer's premium and any damages incurred from loss of sale. BUYER' S PREMIUM An 23% Buyer's premium will be in affect and is additional to the hammer or purchase price. All Florida based bidders will be subject to a 7% Florida State sales tax; dealers are exempt from this if they have a valid Florida State Resale Certificate on file with E. M. Wallace Auctions prior to bidding. RESERVES WITH THE EXCEPTION OF OUR 8/31 "UNRESERVED SEASONAL SALE" AUCTION: Lots may be subject to a reserve (the confidential minimum price below which the property will not be sold) and we may implement such a reserve by bidding behalf of the consignor. If the consignor is indebted to or has a monetary guarantee from us, and in certain other circumstances, we may have interest in the offered lots and the proceeds there-from other than our commissions, and may bid through a representative or agent to protect such interest. We are entitled to our standard commission rate where a lot is "bought-in" to protect our interest. The owner, consignor or agent thereof has reserved the right to bid.
