Many items in this sale are from a Southern Virginia Estate including over 50 lot of salt glazed stoneware, mostly from the VA shenandoah valley. The sale features 17th century Belgian artist Karel Breydel (1678-1733) with a pair beautiful paintings depicted a rider in a ravine both coming and going. Other highights of the sale include a 18th century Currier & Ives color lithograph finished by hand entitled "'Wooding Up' on the Mississippi"
