On Thursday, October 27 at 1:30 p.m. Eastern Time, Swann Galleries will conduct sale 2054, an auction of The Christian Fechner Collection of American & English Magic, Part I. Fechner, a major French film producer for over 30 years, has built a collection widely considered to be one of the most important in the world in terms of its range and quality. Rich in 19th and 20th century material, the auction features a large selection of Magic Posters—many of which are very rare—as well as autographs, books, magic catalogues, photographs and other related ephemera.
