Sale 2055 - Old Master through Modern Prints

On Thursday, November 3, at 10:30 a.m. Eastern Time, Swann Galleries will conduct sale 2055, an auction of Old Master through Modern Prints. The first session of the sale comprises 100 Important Old Master Prints. The second and third sessions offer nearly 700 lots of Old Master through Modern Prints. Among the Old Masters are significant prints by Dürer, Goltzius, Rembrandt, and Bellange, as well as sets of etchings by Piranesi, and Goya. Nineteenth-century highlights include scarce works by Cézanne, Gauguin, Renoir, Toulouse-Lautrec, and Whistler. Among the featured twentieth-century artists are Chagall, Matisse, Miró and Picasso.
