Terms & Conditions Terms and Conditions of Sale: We will not approve internet bidders the day of the auction. All bidders are responsible for reading and understanding the following terms of sale, as well as any supplemental notices or announcements. By participating in our sale you acknowledge that you are bound by these terms and conditions. Place a bid only if you're serious about buying the item. If you are the successful and winning bidder, you have entered into a legally binding contract. A buyer's premium of 23% will be added to the hammer price, Merchandise will not ship until checks or credit card has cleared. PLEASE NOTE: NO INTERNATIONAL CREDIT CARDS. BIDDERS MUST BE APPROVED. Invoices are sent the next day following the auction or within 24 hours. PAYMENT IS DUE IMMEDIATELY AFTER INVOICE SENT. Checks are due within 5-7 Days following the auction. All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, AND ALL SALES ARE FINAL. DO NOT BID IF YOU HAVE NO INTENTION OF PAYING. A DISPUTE WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE FILED . If a tie bid falls on the internet, phone, absentee or in house bid, the auctioneer's log will determine the winning bidder. All items are described to the best of our knowledge, however neither Tonya Cameron, Tonya Cameron Auctions, nor T A C Estate Auctions Inc., or its consignors makes any warranties or guarantees expressed oral or implied with respect to such property as to the condition, period, rarity or provenance of any lot sold. Buyers must rely on their own knowledge when purchasing merchandise. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, therefore it is crucial that the bidder knows all the information about a lot before bidding on it. The absence of any reference to the condition of property does not imply perfect or imperfect condition. As a courtesy we have provided a condition coding system below and have inspected the lots. If you are in doubt about any lot please call or e-mail us for a full condition report on any lots of interest. The condition code on lots follows below: Very Good (VG): No appearance of wear or visible damage Good (G) Overall Good Condition Fair (F) Some Damage Poor (P) Use for Recycling or Parts. Please Note most defects are noted in description report. No statement made anywhere, whether written or oral shall be deemed a warranty. All measurements and weights are approximate. The purchaser assumes complete responsibility for items at the fall of the hammer. We reserve the right to hold merchandise until checks or credit card clears. Shipping is the responsibly of the Buyer. You may arrange shipping through an independent shipper of your choice or we recommend- A.J.
