Small Cents II Rare Coin Auction

1. This is a public Auction including absentee and mail bids conducted by Small Cents II Auctions, owned and operated by Gary S. Galbo, NH#2992. The Auction will be conducted in one session starting at 3:00 P.M The catalog with pictures will be available for online bidding approximately 15 days prior to the live session. We will exercise internet bids as proxy bids at the live session. Lot viewing will be conducted from 11:00 A.M until 3:00 P.M., or by appointment at Nashua Coins and Collectibles 202 Main Street, Nashua or at shows when possible. 2. An 18% Buyers premium will be added to the hammer price of each lot to be paid by the buyer as part of the purchase price. 3. All coins are guaranteed genuine. All sales to floor and absentee bidders who have seen the lots, are final except for questions of authenticity. All items are sold as is without recourse for refund or reduction of price. 4. MAIL and INTERNET BIDDERS must bid in whole numbers only. Bids will be recorded in the order received Floor bids take precedence over absentee or mail bids. New mail bidders must submit a deposit of 25% of their bids unless they have established credit with the Auction company. 5. MAIL and INTERNET Bidders will be invoiced within 2 days of the Auction. You MUST PROVIDE A PHONE NUMBER where you can be reached Sunday or Monday following the Auction and we will notify you by phone if you are a successful bidder. INTERNET Bidders will be invoiced via email within 1 day of the auction close. Payment must be made upon notification by certified check or money order unless credit has been established in advance. Payment by personal check without having established credit automatically voids all return privileges, as lots must be held 14 days for checks to clear. All MAIL and INTERNET Bidders MUST PAY THEIR ACCOUNT IN FULL Within 14 Days of the Auction as all consignor accounts are settled within 14 Days of the Auction date. 6. MAIL and INTERNET bidders will have a 10 day Return Privilege. You MUST notify us by phone or email within 10 days of the auction close if you intend to return any lots, all returns must be authorized in advance and received within 14 days of the auction date or return privilege is forfeited. There is NO RETURN PRIVILEGE for certified coins, sets, partial sets, group or bulk lots, or binder lots. 7. MAIL and INTERNET Bidders will be invoiced and responsible for charges for shipping, handling, and insurance. No refunds will be given for any return shipping costs. 8. Bidding increments will be at the discretion of the Auctioneer. MAIL BIDDERS and ABSENTEE BIDDERS will have their bids executed competitively against floor bidders by auction personnel and lots will be purchased at one bid increment above the last bid. In the case of any bidding dispute the Auctioneer's decision will be final. 9. All floor purchases must be paid for in full. Personal or business checks are acceptable if credit has been established prior to the sale. The Auction Company reserves the right to hold purchases made by check or credit card until said funds are collected. 10. All coins except certified encapsulated coins are graded by the Auction company and or the consigner with Auction company approval. Grading is in accordance with Photograde and ANA standards and over 30 years of numismatic experience. We recognize that grading opinions may vary from person to person. Grading is not an exact science and no guarantee of grade is implied by this catalog. We strongly recommend you view all lots, the final determination is up to you. 11.
