Absentee bidders agree to all terms and conditions. In terms of a tie in bidding between an absentee bidder and the house, the house will win said item at their amount bid. The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the purchaser. In the case of a disputed bid, the auctioneer shall have sole discretion in determining the purchaser and may also, at his or her election, withdraw the lot or offer the lot for resale. The auctioneer shall have sole discretion to refuse any bid, or refuse to acknowledge any bidder. Buyers premium is applied to all items sold at auction. This amount varies according to the method of payment, bidding platform, or buyer's location. Sales tax will be applied according to federal, state, and local regulations. PAYMENT may be made by money order bank check. We also accept credit cards MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and Paypal. A Buyers Premium of 15% will apply to all lots; We reserve the right to verify funds on personal checks. A $30 fee will apply to all returned checks. The full purchase price on all lots sold to the same buyer must be paid before removal of any of the items. When purchasing firearms, it is the buyer's responsibility to provide Xcalibre Firearms & Ammo with a current Federal Firearms License (FFL) or Curios & Relics License (C&R). We will NOT ship firearms unless we have a current FFL and/or C&R license. All firearms will be shipped to the license holder's Premises Address. 0% Buyer's Premium on all auctions! That being said, because some people out there dislike firearms and obviously the 2nd Amendment it has become difficult to find credit card processing companies. so, we must add 3% to all credit card payments. with the 0% BP that's still 15-18% less than other auctions. Wish we didn't have to but it is what it is.
