Russ Cochran's Art Auction #74

For more than thirty years, Russ Cochran of West Plains, Missouri, has been buying, selling and auctioning original comic and illustration art such as Charles Schulz' original drawings for PEANUTS, original covers drawn for TALES FROM THE CRYPT, gag cartoons drawn for SATURDAY EVENING POST, and editorial cartoons drawn for the CHICAGO TRIBUNE. The auction often includes animation art drawn for theatrical cartoons (SNOW WHITE, LADY AND THE TRAMP) or for TV cartoons (FLINTSTONES, SIMPSONS, etc). In all cases, these are the artists' original drawings being sold, not the printed reproductions. In this auction, Russ is proud to introduce the original paintings and drawings of Gino D'Achille to collectors. This represents the first public offering of his artwork. Since Gino has kept his originals, very few pieces have ever reached the collector market, and it is anticipated that prices for his originals will increase substantially in the near future.
