Sohn and Associates Terms and Conditions of Sale (1) EbayLive auction bidders---Please read our listing carefully for detailed information (2) Absentee Bids will be accepted by phone, mail, fax, email and via our website until the start of the auction on the corresponding day. (3) Live Bids will be accepted during the sale via phone (callback only, prior reservations required) and from EbayLive auctions. (4) A Buyer's Premium of 17% will be charged on the final hammer price of each lot sold on EbayLive. As always NO buyer's premium is charged to our floor bidders if you pay by cash, check or debt card. A 17% buyers premium is charged to absentee bids. (5) Bid Rejection---Sohn and Associates reserves the right to reject any bid for any reason. (6) Withdrawl of Lots---Sohn and Associates reserves the right to withdraw any lot for any reason. (7) Final Authority---The auctioneer reserves the right to be the final authority on all sales. (8) Duplicate High Bids---In the event of duplicate high bids, the earliest bid received will be the winner. (9) Sales Tax of 6% will be charged to Indiana Residents unless a resale number is filed with us prior to the closing date of the sale. (10) Payment is expected immediately upon receipt of invoice. All accounts are payable to Sohn and Associates, in U.S. funds, via cash, check (personal, business or cashier's which is subject to clearance; may be held up to 10 business days), money order, credit card or PayPal. For sales outside of the U.S. a credit card or PayPal is required. (11) Shipping---Buyer will prepay for shipping and insurance---Foreign shipping will be via registered Air Mail. Handling, shipping, and mandatory insurance charges will be added to the invoice. Oversize and foreign shipments are subject to increased charges. All items will be shipped within three-four business days of receipt of payment. Neither frames nor picture glass are coved by insurance. Sellers are not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particullarly during peak periods. Will ship to worldwide. (12) Items are sold "as is". Items are located 4600 O`Hara Drive, Evansville, Indiana. Public is invited to preview items before the sale.(13) The placing of a bid shall constitute acceptance of the preceding terms and conditions of the sale.
