DAY-2 2016 AUTUMN ASIAN & EUROPEAN ANTIQUES

Eden Fine Antiques Gallery presents its Fall Festival collection that will be auctioned off on November 11th and 12th. Once again the historical value of these pieces are outstanding. We have had additional consignors that have asked us to present their collections to the public for sale.
The provenance of some of these items are well- founded which enhances the overall value of these pieces. Some have been acquired by a private collector in Europe at a charity fund raising auction that was hosted by a prominent business leader from the Frederiksberg Denmark area.
Others come from the heirs of Sir John Dorrington and the Vosper estates from Stroud Gloucestershire these items were purchased by a prominent antiques collector in 2008.
Some items are reported to have been purchased from The Revelations Antique shop operated by Kurt Kjellin for more than 40 years.
The Provenance that really stands out as truly desirable to add to your collection are the ones from the consignor that come from the F.B. Goodyer. His Gallery was founded in 1889 for the sale of Artistic Fabrics and Eastern Curios. The silk exhibition in 1890 was his first showing of what would become to be considered the very finest silks available. The Gallery was an influential and necessary outlet for English goods as well as imported Asian commodities. Royalty, Museums and the social elite were the prominent clients.
