Antique 1891 Victorian woodcut engraving, children book page, "The Pleasant Day" poem, rhyme, drawing, children having a picnic.

The page is c.5.3/4" x 8" (150mm x 205mm), a little soiling, very good condition. The picture mat is included. The size of the picture mat is 8" x 10", it would match into the standard frame. This print is a genuine illustration from the children book which was published in 1891.

This picture is taken from a completely wrecked book [over 30 missing pages, many remaining pages ripped or stained, dis-bound, etc. Therefore, I thought the best way to commemorate and honor this book is to transform the remaining pages into fine artworks.

This print is not a copy: it comes from the original 1891' book.
