A late 19th century Cimbalom by Jozsef Schunda, Budapest. Walnut construction with a trapezoidal body and four turned fluted legs with lyre form foot pedal. Four octave register with 100+ metal strings played by striking them with two hand held hammers. Original finish with wear and damage, cracks in sound board, music rack not attached. 30 1/2 x 56 x 34" high overall. ESTIMATE $600-800
