American (Massachusetts), circa 1830. Cut paper, watercolor, and ink profile of a young lady in a blue dress with pink belt and ribbon and white collar, holding a parasol. In a period, but not original, frame with tiger maple veneer, 6"w. 6.5"h. Ex Thurston Nichols (Pennsylvania).
Condition
Toning and old water damage. Loss to edges and at top of silhouette. See additional photos.
