Description
American. 1930s. Pressed steel. Cor-Cor is the brand name used by Louis A. Corcoran, founder of Corcoran Metal Products in 1926. The company was known for making pressed steel toys for a short period, between 1926 and 1941, when the war effort ceased production of most steel products. Louis retired in 1941 and died in 1945 with the company never regaining the manufacture of toys. 6" x 18" x 6". From the Late John D. Anderson Collection.

Good complete condition. Original paint. Scuffs, dings, scratches, paintwear, and playwear loss. Lights untested.
