Description
A diamond and synthetic ruby swirl design ring, c.1940-1950, possibly American; centring on a round brilliant diamond in rub over setting, within swirls and sprays all set with synthetic rubies and single cut diamonds, to a pierced gallery and a plain hoop. Stamped 14K. 11.01g Ring size M Buying this gemstone ring at auction could save up to 0.42 tonnes of CO2e compared to buying new. Condition Report: Various scratches and marks to mount. Rubies showing some wear to girdle and facet junctions. A couple of non-diamond replacements to the central swirl.
