Description
Ancient North Africa, Saharan region, ca. 10,000 BCE. A set of 3 stone arrow sharpeners, each with multiple grooves across the surfaces. The grooves were intended to hone standalone wooden arrows as well as some thinner stone points, typically knapped from chert. Size of largest: 4" L x 3.6" W x 2.2" H (10.2 cm x 9.1 cm x 5.6 cm)
