Designed for cutting mince meat, head cheese and similar such foods. 21 fixed iron blades with wooden pegs on rotating cylinder, old repair to hinges, missing a foot, 16" long, 8" high, 7.5" deep, along with A 19th C. primitive scrapwood box in old red paint made up of scraps of varying wood, uneven in dimensions, cobbled together out of what was available. Either a young man's attempt at carpentry, or a make-do approach to a specific need using what was available at hand. Old square nail construction, dresser pull type handle & brass hinges.
