Vintage 1/20 12KT GF MOP Sweatheart Expanding Bracelet, Vellure by Marvel. The bracelet easily open to 7" and can go to 8" - it is just that you see more of the expansion when you do that - but it can be worn up to 8" - beyond that it would be stretched too far. It is marked 1/20 12kt GF Top and stainless stell bottom. It has a 7/8" mother-of-pearl topped heart locket with floral accent and the explanding top has curved diagonal links that alternate between smooth and repousse scrolled design. Age is appx. 1940's - popular during WW-II. The expanding links are slightly over 1/2" wide - yellow gold on top and stainless on bottom of links. The locket has faux mother-of-pearl heart on the heart-shaped locket that can hold two photos. The locket opens like a book and clips closed. Very good condition. (W82821.1X1 SS8332 J LD 9/3/22).
