Simulated Ametrine Southwestern Themed Necklace, 19", Modern costume piece with a large pear shaped glass faceted stone that is appx. 38.5mm by 24mm and bezel-set. The colors are very vibrant with yellow on top and reddish orange and pink/purple toward the middle and bottom. It has a wider frame with rope accent closest to the bezel and a beaded outer frame with scalloped accent on each side. The overall length of the pendant with the wide swing bail is appx. 2.5" by 1-1/3" wide. The chain is a round herringbone style link and is appx. 1mm wide with an S hook clasp. The original tag that was on the necklace has this as Ametrine but it is not natural ametrine and is, a dyed glass and it is marked as German silver - it is a silver tone alloy and not sterling. It is very pretty but it is a costume necklace and not a sterling but has a great southwestern look. Very good condition. Likely an imported piece and came with other similar rings and pieces from an estate sale of a reseller. (W4624.8 SS13873 J LD 4/29/24).
