Garrett". 2) Lincoln County, NM, 1880 grand jury indictment of Thomas Sellman, John Gunther, Charles Snow & others for 1878 murder. 3) 1879 subpoena, Lincoln County New Mexico, NM Territory vs. Frank Rivero, signed by Sheriff George Kimball & deputy John Witherspoon. 4) Bond for Joe Franklin, Oklahoma, 1912, for having unlawful distillery. 5) 1880 Texas, Navarro county, Texas vs Willis McGhee, unlawful, willful & habitual carnal intercourse. 6) 1894, state of Wyoming vs Earl D. Murry, stealing horse, 6 shooter, & knife. 7) 1896, Indian territory vs. William Jones, William Crittenden, & E. V.
