Chinese Qing Dynasty Blue and White Porcelain Beaker Vase. Potted in a traditional Gu shape vase, baluster shaped body, with bulging belly, Beaker shaped on the tall neck ,wide flaring mouth rim, raised with high round flaring foot base, like reverse bowl with splayed foot base and slight concave. Hand painted ornamentations are rendered in white base color which contrast against blue color, depicted of child playing beside flowers bloom tree. A characteristic heaped and piled effect, the under glaze greyish-blue concentrates in certain areas, bubbling through the surface of the glaze and turning a deep blue-black. This inadvertently gave texture, energy, and shading to the design.Made in The Years Reign Period of The Great Qing Dynasty.
