GRAND TOUR. A lot of approximately 68 prints sold together. Various photographers, including Giorgio SOMMER (Naples). Views of Amsterdam, Sorrento, Rome (Colosseum, Capuchin Catacombs), plus views of other cities (Dartmouth, Abbotsford, etc.), Dryburch Abbey, Melrose Abbey, other church interiors and architecture, etc. Albumens and silver prints. Many mounted, some captioned, numbered. 1 print with ink stamp of W. Crook, bookseller (Lynton) on verso. Prints: 13.5 x 10 cm - 24.5 x 35 cm. Generally good condition, various imperfections: a number of prints creased, most at corners, a few trimmed; some tears; etc. *Additional images and detailed condition reports are available upon request.
