This very rare and absolutely stunning Place Setting. It is from the famous Yellow Tea rose Collection.
The set is made by Royal Albert in England. It is properly marked with Royal Albert back stamp and pattern number 839056. It is made between the 1940s and 1950s
The rims of this pattern are surrounded in blooming yellow roses with bands of gold.
The pattern has very pretty delicate yellow roses ;with green foliage on snow white background and gold rim.
The set includes:
1 (one) Dinner Plate - 10 3/8" in diameter
1 (one) Salad/Luncheon Plate - 8 1/8" in diameter
1 (one) Bread and Butter Plate - 6 3/8" in diameter
1 (one) Coffee/Tea Cup - 3 5/8" in diameter at the rim and 2 3/4" tall
1 (one) Saucer for the cup - 5 1/2" in diameter
It is very rare and just beautiful.
The set will make a wonderful gift or will be a great addition to any vintage china collection.
The set is in great antique condition with no chips, cracks, or crazing.
