05.17.24: In my opinion regarding LOT 3075: I note that the dresser and rack are presently intact, there is light seam separation to the paneling and corners of the plate rack, the central shelf has a minor bow/ warp towards the middle, and the medial surface of the dresser exhibits minor spotting, and inherent tonal variation throughout, drawers currently operate smoothly and there is patination of the hardware, I note minor splits throughout, the lower shelves have deep splits throughout, one of the panels being later-added, the central panel remaining sturdy, and the left hand side panel bowing under light pressure
