The bottle vase is of rounded rectangular form, the surface carved with flowers and vines against white glaze, two elephant mask handles attached to the side, bottom unglazed.

此瓶圓口，長細頸，豐肩，鼓腹，圈足，頸飾雙象耳瓶。通體施白釉，釉色瑩潤，胎體細膩。上刻以海水紋勾綫突出。單向剔除刀法刀功是宋代工藝特徵，雕刻古樸，紋路流暢而嫻熟，極具宋代藝術價值的表現力。
