Possibly Kestner or Schoenau & Hoffmeister, the doll's bisque face finely painted with fixed blue glass eyes and painted lashes, open mouth exposing teeth, red lips and rosy cheeks, mohair wig, impressed numeral "8900" on the back of the neck, attired in gold satin tapered flaps with ruffled net collar and affixed with red pompoms and bells (missing three bells), over a yellow tunic with lace edge, her gold hat with pompom and red feather, mounted on a turned wood spindle, the internal cylinder musical movement activated by spinning the wood handle (not working) and causing the flaps of the jacket to spin.
