With wooden case, 19th century, and faux book case. Faux book slides case is black cloth bound, with embossed covers. Gilt title on spine "Mikroskopische Praparate" (microscopic preparations).

Poor. Faux book slide case has loss on top edges, bumped, scuffed, and rubbed. Losses on the corners. The wooden case has swollen wood making movement of drawers difficult. Plastic slide cases are discolored commensurate with age, with tape labels.
