Clars hopes lightning strikes twice with Staprans painting Nov. 15OAKLAND, Calif. – Clars Auction Gallery set a new world record on Sept. 13 for Raimonds Staprans’ 1987 painting titled Still Life with Red Piano Stool, which realized $147,600.
