For US destination: USPS First-class Mail Service - 6.95 (flat-rate for orders 200 or below)
For orders above 200 actual USPS postal rate will be applied for the total winning bid only Canada Mexico via USPS Express Mail Package mostly 30 plus a minimum charge for insurance.
For other International Country USPS International Express Mail, actual shipping fee shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories and Foreign Countries: Shipping and handling charges to these locations are higher and often require registry or express mail.

We take pride in the quality and workmanship of our merchandise manufactured in our state-of-the-art factory and is confident that you will be completely satisfied. If you decide to return your purchase made online or over the telephone, for any reason at all, 3 Kings Auction will refund your full purchase price less shipping fee or request an exchange within 7 days from date of receipt. You must return the merchandise to us within 7 days from date of receipt, and submit to the following guidelines:
Contact Sales Representative at 1-213-256-9787, Monday - Friday 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST except holidays and request an RMA number.
The sales representative will authorize your return and issue a return authorization number. Returns will not be accepted without this number.
All items must be returned with the security tag attached, unworn and undamaged in the original boxes and with all original certificates. There can be no scratches or marks on the item and no sign of wear; the product cannot have been altered in any way. Items received without the security tag attached, or that has been worn, damaged or altered will not be refundable.
All packages must be sent fully insured for the value of the item(s).
If the package is lost and not insured , you are responsible for the full cost of the items.
Packages must be received at our office within 7 days of your receipt of the merchandise.
Please return your purchase via the U.S. Postal Service, FEDEX or UPS, be sure to insure the package for the amount you paid and send it Return Receipt Requested or Registered Mail.
Payments willl be refunded to your account within 2 business days from date of receipt of your return.
All ORIGINAL diamond certificates, certificate of authenticity and a copy of the invoice must be included with the package in order for a full refund to be issued. Any missing diamond certificate(s) will be charged a 150 per original certificate with no exceptions. Any missing certificate of authenticity will be charged 20 per certificate of authenticity with no exceptions.
3 Kings Auction is not responsible for any return packages we did not receive or returns not submitted in accordance with these guidelines.
Refunds will be processed within 48 hours from the date of receipt and after approval upon inspection by our quality assurance specialist.
Refunds will be given in the same way as payment was made.
Special Orders, such as custom mountings or jewelry pieces that you request but that are not specifically shown on our website are non refundable items.
