Simplicity and beauty we always see at first glance. ARTIST BIOThe subject of my paintings is nature, whether it is a traditional landscape or a bird, or portrait painting. I use traditional materials such as acrylic, oil, and watercolor.In every masterpiece, I make the brush dance and the colors sing. Captured in this spontaneous dance and movement of my brush and in the rhythmic songs of hues and tones, I paint to inspire those who see my work to look more carefully at the world around them to discover beauty in unusual places.While contemplating about leaving a mark in the art industry and a legacy to younger generation of artists, I opened an art studio for novice artists and for anyone who wants to learn painting. The reason is simple: I will not wait a lifetime to be the artist I dream to be, but I will make each day count to grow my ambition and to inspire others that they too can paint. Beauty abounds and we need more artists to uncover these wonders. In 2021, together with other Filipino artists, we launched FilEstilo, an organization of Filipino artists based in Guangdong, China. As of date, FilEstilo members had been in numerous art exhibitions, as individuals or group, in the Philippines, in China, and in other countries. FilEstilo, as a group or its individual members, will continue to grow its reach and is open for collaboration, art commission work, and other art or design-related cooperation.
