Condition Notes: A sunny sapphire flanked by two round brilliant-cut diamonds. Every stone is accompanied by a gemological laboratory report. The inside of the shank is marked Nieman Marcus, with sizing beads cutting off the last few letters of the mark. The ring fits as a size 10-1/2 as is but can be altered by removing the beads.
