An Italian bronze barrel from a grenade-gun, 2nd half of the 17th centuryBronze with slight age patina. Heavy smooth-bore mortar barrel in caliber 7.5 cm with recessed breech and sturdy tang. Lateral vent hole. Decorated with a raised frieze of leaves, the top featuring a crowned coat of arms with cross and crescent. Length 26.6 cm.Condition: I - II
