Later gray and white marble top with brass gallery; the bureau opening to reveal drawers and niches, pull-out writing surface with gilt tooled brown leather inset top; the base with long drawer flanked by faux double drawer with hidden compartment and two short drawers opposite; fluted round taper legs; gilt brass inlay and mounts; also with pull-out surfaces to the sides. {Approximate dimensions: 47" high x 57 3/4" wide x 29" deep.}. Condition: Overall condition is good considering age, with some surface wear throughout and patina to brass. Apparent refinishing. Later marble top and leather is likely.
