Description
A collection of late 19th century, quarter plate, glass plate negatives of military interest. The plates show troops of The Black Watch and Seaforth Lancers? On exercise, possibly in Southern England. Some with civilians looking on. Soldiers marching and moving artillery on horse-drawn carts. Including an Ordnance BL 15-pounder. Some plates have small scratches. Generally good, strong images.
