Carved bone horse head pommel (in Mughal Empire dagger hilt fashion can be unscrewed to reveal a compound inside holding the dagger made in Central Asian (Bukhara, Uzbekistan) Islamic style, with silver gilt decorations to the handle, horn grips and razor sharp wootz Damascus blade.Polished walnut tree shaft has chequered bone middle section and bone chape, with the top section of bone elaborately decorated with romantic scene: Asian couple on a horse ride with mountains landscape on background. (Similar quality and style carved bone hilt presented in Robert Hales classic reference: “Islamic and Oriental Arms and Armour” – front cover and p. 39). One of the most unusual and finest combination self defence canes ever seen on the market. Overall length of the cane – 98 cm, the dagger – 19 cm, blade – 9.5 cm
