Description
A large and rare, Arts & Crafts dresser box by Alfred Daguet, Paris, France. Repousse brass laid over wood construction, with glass cabochons jewels and original fabric lining, size: 13 1/2 in. L x 3 3/4 in. W x 2 3/4 in. H . The fabric appears to be hand inbroidered. This piece is unsigned, but see the following link for reference to another Daguet Dandelion box sold by Rago Auctions showing the same "Dandelion" design and same fabric lining (https://www.liveauctioneers.com/item/21045555_alfred-daguet-lidded-box). Very good condition.
