Description
Two antique English copper and pink lustre (luster) ware pitchers most probably made for the American market with neoclassical and patriotic motifs, circa 1810-1830. The smaller pitcher has a hand-written note attributing provenance to the family of President John Quincy Adams. Height of the larger pitcher is 7-3/8". Condition
Some overall light wear and crazing. The small pitcher has a hairline with discoloration and a small nick on rim. The larger pitcher has some crazing and discoloration to the bottom of the interior.
