Description
An assortment of eighteen rare black and white 8" x 10" glossy photographs showing images of when the military (JLRPG) Joint Long Range Proving Ground was first established during the late 1940's. In the early 1950's the first ever rocket launches took off from the grounds of Cape Canaveral with German-U.S. V-2/WAC-Corporal Bumper 8/7 twin rocket flights that would soon become the future Florida Space Coast. This assortment of photographs are mostly original era photographs by the Long Range Proving Ground Division of Patrick Air Force Base, Cocoa, Florida. These photographs vary from very good and excellent condition with some handling wear and edge, corner dings. They measure 8" x 10".
