First appearance at the Comédie Française in 1834. In 1845, she left Paris for London where she married a playwright, J.F. Arnould. She performed in St Petersburg and returned to Paris in 1855. He joined the American army and landed in France in 1944. He began working in the film industry, producing films for the Marshall Plan. He produced more than 40 films.
