(Disneyland, 1983) Ralph Hanson’s 15-year Cast Member service award with a signed photo from the presentation. This earliest design of the 25-year award features an impressive figure of Tinker Bell with a wooden base bearing a plaque with Ralph’s name. Later versions of this award have been redesigned with a much smaller figure of Tinker Bell. The photo depicts Ralph receiving the award from Disneyland Vice President Ron Dominguez and Dick Nunis and is signed by both top Disneyland executives. Measuring 6” in diameter x 13” tall, the award is in very good condition with some scuffs to the wooden base. The 8” x 10” photo is in very good condition with color fading from age, and much fading to Dick Nunis’ signature.
