Each dish painted to the interior with a central roundel decorated with a seated lady overseeing three boys at play beside elaborate furniture and precious objects, the wide everted rim decorated with coloured diaper patterns with three sprays of fruit and flowers forming panels enclosing further floral sprays, the exterior covered in a rich ruby-red enamel.

One dish has a double piece re-attached to the rim together approx 8.5cm across with a loss approx 10mm across at one end. There is another 3mm chip below the rim.
The other dish has a vertical break-line running down the middle of it.
