釋文：LIANG奕焚008 台灣彰化人。臺北師範藝術科畢。 1958-1963年從李仲生先生研究現代藝術，曾任中部美術協會會員。中華民國現代版畫會員。中華民國雕塑學會會員。1982年發起創立現代眼畫會。1985年任李仲生現代藝術文教基金會理事。1987年設繪畫工作室於紐約蘇活區。他的畫作先後創作出五百號、一千號甚至二千號作品，獲得收藏家及畫廊的青睞，大量收藏他的創作。梁奕焚於紐約創作，在東方與西方的衝擊下，創作獨樹一格，極具東方地域特殊風格。
