Featured in this lot are fifteen, original Idaho license plates circa 1919 to 1954. This lot features different sized and colored license plates from Idaho spanning through the years. The collection consists of one from 1919, two from 1923, two from 1930, one from 1931, one from 1932, one from 1936, two from 1940 (50 Years of Statehood), one from 1941, one from 1945, two from 1948 and one from 1954. The plates show numerous color designs of yellow, silver, orange and black with black, white and green lettering. One is marked with a potato in the center and reads, "World Famous Potatoes". The plates show good condition overall with wear present from their age and use over the years. Rusting and paint chipping present on many. No signs of major damage noted. The plates measure from 4 1/8" L x 8 1/8" W to 6 1/16" L x 13 1/8" W and have a collective weight of 5 pounds and 8 ounces.
